Gear, gear, gear. There is so much out there to choose from
that it can at times be overwhelming. The good thing, though, is
that equipment is so far along that it is almost difficult to make a bad
decision. It is more a matter of just optimizing your
decision: save a dollar here or there, an ounce here or there.
There are naturally some real gems out there and some real lemons too.
My goal is to share some of my experiences with my equipment and also to
help give you an idea of some of the factors I considered important when
making my selection.
